Deep hydrate treatment
1. Consultation & Skin Analysis
• Discuss client's skin type, concerns, and hydration needs.
2. Cleanse (Double Cleanse Method)
• First cleanse: remove makeup, sunscreen, impurities.
• Second cleanse: gentle hydrating cleanser to refresh skin.
3. Gentle Exfoliation
• Use mild scrub to remove dead skin cells for better product absorption.
4. Steam (Optional)
• Apply light steam to soften skin and open pores (skip if sensitive/rosacea).
5. Extractions (if needed)
• Perform light, hygienic extractions only if necessary.
6. Hydrating Toner/Essence
• Apply hydrating mist/essence to balance pH and prep skin.
7. Serum Infusion
• Use hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5, or other hydrating serums.
• Optional: device-assisted penetration (ultrasound/galvanic).
8. Massage
• Relaxing massage with hydrating cream for circulation & product penetration.
9. Hydrating Mask
• Apply sheet mask, gel mask, or alginate/rubber mask for deep hydration.
10. Moisturizer / Barrier Repair
• Seal hydration with cream or lotion suited for skin type.
11. SPF Protection (Daytime Only)
• Finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+).
Aftercare advice:
• Avoid exfoliation, retinol, or sauna for 24–48 hrs.
• Use gentle, hydrating products at home.
• Drink water and book facials regularly (every 3–4 weeks).

We offer classic facials, deep-cleansing facials, hydrating facials, anti-aging facials, brightening facials, and customized treatments based on your skin type and goals.
Arrive with a clean face if possible. Avoid heavy makeup, exfoliation, or tanning for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Yes! We customize every facial to suit your skin type. Be sure to tell your esthetician about any sensitivities, allergies, or active breakouts so we can choose the safest products.
During the Facial
Most facials include:
• Cleansing
• Exfoliation
• Extractions (if needed)

You might feel slight pressure, but it should not be painful. Our estheticians are trained to be gentle and make you as comfortable as possible.

• Skip saunas, or direct sun for 24 hours.
• Use gentle skincare products and sunscreen.
Sometimes, yes — this is called "purging" and can happen when impurities are brought to the surface. It usually clears within a few days and is a sign that your skin is detoxifying.
You'll notice smoother, fresher skin immediately, and your skin will continue to improve over the next few days as it absorbs the treatment benefits.
Yes! Regular facials improve circulation, boost collagen production, and keep your skin hydrated and youthful.
Yes — but we will avoid certain ingredients (like retinol) and treatments. Always let your esthetician know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Absolutely! Men benefit from facials just as much as women — we even offer facials tailored for men's skin concerns like ingrown hairs or razor irritation.
At Z'beautyLab , we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to every client, please read and agree to our booking terms before confirming your appointment:
1. Deposit Requirement
• A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Please make payment via PayNow to 83632222 within 2 hours of booking.
• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Lateness Policy
• Please arrive on time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation & Changes
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Any cancellation or change of timing will result in a forfeited deposit.
• Please book only when you are certain of your date and time. (No impulsive bookings.)
4. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling is only allowed up to 5 days before your appointment date.
• Requests to reschedule within 5 days of your appointment will not be accepted, and the deposit will be forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation . These policies ensure fairness to both our clients and our team.
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the studio.
Our medical suites contain fragile medical equipment and supplies, our artists are unable to perform services safely while a child is in the room without direct supervision. If you are receiving a service, you are unable to provide necessary supervision. This is for your child's/children's safety as well as your own.
We offer a range of services, but many of our clients enter the spa with the intention to relax. To maintain a quiet environment for those in the waiting area and in-service, we ask that you leave all children under the age of 12 at home when you come to receive a service.
We provide a complimentary touch-up session to ensure the best results for your treatment. Please read and agree to the following terms before confirming your appointment:
1. Appointment Confirmation
• Once your touch-up appointment is confirmed, the schedule is final.
2. Lateness
• Please arrive on time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered completed and no rebooking will be offered.
3. No Cancellations or Changes
• Once booked, changes to timing or cancellations are not allowed.
• Rescheduling is not permitted for free touch-up sessions.
Any additional touchup adjustments made AFTER the second session (included touchup) will incur service charges and a $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment. Non-refundable deposits are required to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
