1. Deposit Requirement

• * Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Lateness Policy

• * Please arrive on time.
• * If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation & Changes

• * All deposits are non-refundable.
• * Any cancellation or change of timing will result in a forfeited deposit.
• * Please book only when you are certain of your date and time. (No impulsive bookings.)

4. Rescheduling Policy

• * Rescheduling is only allowed up to 5 days before your appointment date.
• * Requests to reschedule within 5 days of your appointment will not be accepted, and the deposit will be forfeited.
