Eyebrows 2 hours process:
General Preparation (For Both Methods)
1. Consultation & Design – Discuss desired look, check skin type, medical history, and map brows.
2. Pre-Numbing – Apply numbing cream for comfort (about 20–30 minutes).
3. Pigment Selection – Choose the best pigment shade to match skin tone and hair color.
4. Brow Mapping & Outline – Measure and draw the ideal brow shape for symmetry and balance.
Shading Brows (Powder / Ombre)
1. Machine Setup – Use a PMU (permanent makeup) machine with a fine needle.
2. Pixel Dots Technique – Deposit tiny dots of pigment into the skin, building layers of color.
3. Ombre Effect – Create a gradient look: lighter at the front, darker towards the tail.
4. Layering & Perfecting – Repeat passes until the brows reach the desired fullness.
5. Final Touch – Clean, check symmetry, and apply healing ointment.
Hair Strokes Brows (Microblading / Nano)
1. Blade or Nano Machine Setup – Use a manual blade (microblading) or machine with ultra-fine needle (nano).
2. Stroke Technique – Create hair-like strokes that mimic natural brow hairs.
3. Build Density – Add more strokes in sparse areas for a fuller yet natural effect.
4. Perfecting Shape – Refine the strokes, check balance and symmetry.
5. Final Touch – Wipe excess pigment and apply aftercare ointment.
Aftercare (Both Techniques)
• Avoid water, sweat, and makeup on brows for 7–10 days.
• Brows may scab and lighten by 30–40% during healing.
• Touch-up session in 4–6 weeks to perfect color and shape.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHADING BROWS AND HAIR STROKES BROWS?
Here's the difference between shading and hair strokes for eyebrows — they are two popular semi-permanent makeup techniques, but they create very different looks:
1. Shading (Powder Brows / Ombre Brows)
• Technique: Uses a machine (or sometimes a manual tool) to deposit tiny dots of pigment in the skin, creating a soft, powdered effect.
• Look: Gives a filled-in, makeup-like finish — similar to wearing brow powder or pomade. Can be very soft and natural (ombre effect) or bold and defined, depending on preference.
• Best For:
• People who want a fuller, polished brow look.
• Oily or combination skin (lasts longer than hair strokes on oily skin).
• Covering old brow tattoos or uneven pigment.
• Healing & Maintenance: Heals slightly darker at first but softens after a few weeks. Usually needs touch-ups every 1–2 years.
2. Hair Strokes (Microblading / Nano Brows)
• Technique: Uses a manual blade (microblading) or fine machine needle (nano brows) to create individual, hair-like strokes that mimic natural brow hairs.
• Look: Creates a very natural, fluffy brow effect — great for filling sparse areas while keeping a realistic look.
• Best For:
• People with normal to dry skin.
• Those who want a natural, "no-makeup" look.
• Healing & Maintenance: Can fade faster on oily skin. Needs regular touch-ups (usually every 10-18 months) to maintain crisp strokes.
HOW LONG WILL MY EYEBROWS LOOK THIS GOOD?
Shading and Hair Strokes Brows treatments are considered semi-permanent. Most clients have Shading or Hair Strokes brows that look great for one to three years.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST text us a selfie (natural lighting, full-face, no make-up; no filter) to WHATSAP +65 83632222 with your full name and service type (shading brows). Please do not book an appointment without our go-ahead. We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional touch-ups for best results.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE NEEDED?
Our pricing two separate sessions (generally 1-3 months apart): The initial procedure and the second session for touchups, if needed. Immediately after the procedure, the brows will look darker/thicker, and will gradually lighten during the first week of healing. Most clients are content with the final shade, while others may prefer a bolder appearance. At the second session, we will assess the color retention as well as make changes as needed. It is important to understand that everyone heals differently and results will vary from client to client. If your new eyebrows do not recover perfectly the very first time, do not fret! We can always go darker and add more thickness at your touchup appointment.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
The entire procedure takes about 2 hours (including consultation).
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Unfortunately, not everyone is a good candidate for semi-permanent makeup. It is not recommended for any clients who are or have:
* Chemotherapy and Other Cancer Treatments (please consult your doctor)
* Diabetic (please consult your doctor)
* Keloid Disorder
* Viral Infections and/or Diseases
* Pacemaker or major heart problems
* Organ Transplant
* Hypertension
* Epilepsy
* Skin irritations or psoriasis/eczema near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
* Botox within the past 2 weeks
* Pregnant or nursing
* Those with allergies to makeup, colors or hair-dye
* Those with easily triggered post inflammatory hyper pigmentation
* Those with transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis
* Are a hemophiliac
* Those on any skin medication such as Roaccutane, steroids which thin and oversensitive the skin.
* AHA's (lactic, glycolic, citric, retinoid a d tartaric acids) or any OTC creams and lotions for tone correcting, anti-aging, exfoliating - fading can discolor your semi-permanent makeup.
* Juvaderm or other "fillers" in the past 4 weeks.
* Shingles (Varicella): If you have shingles on your face, please wait several months to get semi-permanent makeup.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
At Z'beautyLab, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to every client, please read and agree to our booking terms before confirming your appointment:
1. Deposit Requirement
• A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Please make payment via PayNow to 83632222 within 2 hours of booking.
• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Lateness Policy
• Please arrive on time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation & Changes
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Any cancellation or change of timing will result in a forfeited deposit.
• Please book only when you are certain of your date and time. (No impulsive bookings.)
4. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling is only allowed up to 5 days before your appointment date.
• Requests to reschedule within 5 days of your appointment will not be accepted, and the deposit will be forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies ensure fairness to both our clients and our team.
CHILDREN POLICY
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the studio.
Our medical suites contain fragile medical equipment and supplies, our artists are unable to perform services safely while a child is in the room without direct supervision. If you are receiving a service, you are unable to provide necessary supervision. This is for your child's/children's safety as well as your own.
We offer a range of services, but many of our clients enter the spa with the intention to relax. To maintain a quiet environment for those in the waiting area and in-service, we ask that you leave all children under the age of 12 at home when you come to receive a service.
TOUCHUP POLICY
We provide a complimentary touch-up session to ensure the best results for your treatment. Please read and agree to the following terms before confirming your appointment:
1. Appointment Confirmation
• Once your touch-up appointment is confirmed, the schedule is final.
2. Lateness
• Please arrive on time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered completed and no rebooking will be offered.
3. No Cancellations or Changes
• Once booked, changes to timing or cancellations are not allowed.
• Rescheduling is not permitted for free touch-up sessions.
Any additional touchup adjustments made AFTER the second session (included touchup) will incur service charges and a $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment. Non-refundable deposits are required to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
